Despite all the claims of Hip-Hop’s death, there has been some good music released in the past couple of years. I decided to create a list of the best albums in the past 10 years, which of course was no easy task. Here’s my Top 10 in order:

1. The Blueprint (2001)

2. Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ (2003)

3. The Marshall Mathers LP (2000)

4. The Black Album (2003)

5. Stillmatic (2001)

6. Graduation (2007)

7. The Love Below (2003)

8. Lupe Fiasco’s Food and Liquor (2006)

9. Paper Trail (2008 )

10. Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 (2005)

Honorable Mention: American Gangster (2007), The Massacre (2005), Late Registration (2005), King (2006), The Cool (2007). The Chronic 2001 (2001), Tha Carter III (2008), Kingdome Come (2006),  Country Grammar (2000), Tha Carter II (2005), I Am (1999)

I could fuck with your list except the black album and paper trail.. They were good but I think The Chronic 2001 and The carter 2 was better

How you going to put ” Get Rich Or Die Tryin” ahead of “black album” and “The Marshall Mathers LP”? Matter of fact I realize that Cd brought 50 to us and showed what he was capable of when hes not looking for just a pay cheque.. but how you going to put graduation on there and not have Kanye’s first Cd College Dropout which is 50 times better than the mediocre graduation. Also Parper Trail isnt worth of best in last 10 years. I thought his King album was better. Ear Drum was better than 50’s Album. Plus there are alot not known artists that put out albums that were killer. Rhymefest. Bt to end i cant believe one of games werent even in your honourable mentions. Whatever thats your list I guess.
